Complex Precision Machined Components

Mid May '09 the first production pieces machined by the Mag3 EX came to life.  The dynamic complexity and near artist sculpting of the precision milled aerospace component is a testament to Pro-Fab's high standards of quality and performance. 

Pro-Fab, Inc. provides single source metal finishing solutions as well as aviation component repair and overhaul services.

In partnership with Southwest United Industries Pro-Fab's Oklahoma City complex can provide extensive final product finishing services that include anodizing, non-destructive testing, painting, chrome plating, nickel platting, cadmium plating, shot peening, HVOF and Plasma thermal spray and precision machining and grinding. Included with this facility is an aluminum process line that consists of fourteen tanks including two anodize tanks, two seal tanks, deoxidizer, alkaline etch, alkaline cleaner, dryer and space for up to four additional tanks.  The fully automated facility has a large capacity for processing parts up to twenty-two feet long, is capable of handling high volume, with a full paint shop.  In addition, the facility offers the available space to expand to meet additional customer requirements and the efficient layout ensures quick and reliable service.

Epoxy Stretch Dies & Vacuum Fixtures

Pro-Fab's diversified manufacturing capabilities extend to include a complete array of epoxy and vacuum fabrications.  With full service support from actual 2D and 3D modeling with Catia, Solid Edge, AutoCad and programming with Catia, MasterCam, SmartCam, Camax and machine tool path verification using Vericut.

Pro-Fab, Inc. has developed a unique application utilizing materials that surpass many of the industry standards for tooling fabrication.  The polyurea blend, which produces a nearly impervious product, delivers processing improvements and labor savings. Pro-Fab's superior method renders a 100% machinable hermetic surface that delivers a more durable area, extending production life.
