Machinist
Minimum of 2 years experience required preferably in the
aerospace industry.
Job duties include:
- Setting up and operating 3, 4, and 5 axis CNC equipment
- Using basic G and M codes
- Using tool call and tool offset codes
- Setting tool lengths
- Editing programs
- Use work offsets / work coordinates

and press brake. .

- Operating various conventional equipment
- Performing set-ups from a blueprint
- Proficient using sine plates and rotary tables
- Ability to hold close tolerances
- Identifying proper tooling
- Measuring and inspecting parts
- Reviewing / following job planning
- Entering production information
- Maintaining accuracy of job planning data

CNC Programmer
3 years aerospace experience
required.
Develop and maintain complete engineering packet for the manufacture of customer
parts.
Job duties include:
- Generating NC programs, QA data, and documentation for
assigned parts.
- Maintaining / modifying new programs through 1st
article (tool proof).
- Maintaining NC documentation as required.
- Creating / maintaining part masters / methods of
manufacturing as needed.
- Initiating special tooling and fixture purchases.
- Participating in bid process as needed.
- Providing technical assistance to shop personnel and
Quality Assurance.
Skill / Knowledge requirements include:
- Proficient operating
CNC equipment
- Proficient in Cam
software, preferably Mastercam, Smartcam, or Camax Command
- Proficient using Catia
- 2 axis, 3 axis, 4 axis and/or 5 axis programming
capabilities
